Re: PC won't launch
Sorry for the delayed response. So, when I click to open a powercadd 9 project/drawing I see the "POWERCADD 9" logo box, then a prompt box pops up that says "loading Powercadd 9 file (and the name of the project/file) please wait"... and the color wheel turning. I have to force quit (says Powercadd...

Re: PC won't launch
Can you be more specific about what "won't launch" means? Does PowerCADD hang. Does PowerCADD crash?
PowerCADD does a version check when it starts, and sometime a firewall will block this request causing PowerCADD to wait for a timeout. If you wait 2 minutes, does PowerCADD continue?

Re: PowerCADD Keeps wanting me to Register
Bill, We have not received a PowerCADD registration from you recently, and that would indicate that there is a failure at the send stage. An email client not configured on this machine, for example. Here are the actions I would take: First, make sure you are on the current version of PowerCADD. Some...

Re: Life after/beyond PowerCadd?
How do you calculate scale in the file? I see layers have a scale factor but in the sample file it's always 1 Will there be a document-level element with scales and other global settings? I see some binary data in some of the objects in the 5groups.plist will there be a follow-on definition for par...
