Re: Best Post PowerCADD Residential Drafting Application?

I've had to deal with imported interior elevations from a 3d based program (not sure which). What a mess. The thing is I can knock out a section of a building pretty quickly in PowerCADD. I don't need to try to make a section from a model --which is necessarily encumbered with non-essential and mis...

Just curious as to the latest status...
If you are inquiring about PC10, see the PC10 topic. Beta testing is in progress.

Re: PowerCadd 10

I joined the beta program last week, and received an email with instructions to download an update this morning, which I interpret as a positive sign of progress. I had the opportunity to whip out a simple roof plan using PC10, and things worked great. What will slow me down is the lack of customiza...

Re: PowerCadd 10

I was admitted to the beta program last week and finally had a chance to download, install, log in and open a PC9 file. So far, so good, but immediately I was aware of how much I use key commands (which I haven't configured yet) and WT's "zoomer" (which isn't included). After I do some work in PC9, ...

Re: PowerCadd 10

If you scroll back this forum, you find a post where they asked to send a request by email, if I am not wrong to techsupport@engsw.com I sent an email per the post quoted above and received a quick reply with further instructions (which I followed but have yet to be admitted to the testing program)...

Re: PowerCadd 10

Back in August 2023, Todd asked about which tools are most important to PC users, so this isn't a late development. I emailed ES with my list shortly thereafter. I'd rather see just the most useful WildTools be incorporated into PC10. For one thing, the 3D tools don't need to be incorporated if port...

They may have switched sides, but their stock has allowed me to retire!

Re: PowerCadd 10

Long time user (since 1991) and lurker here for a few years but never posted before. My first intro to "Powerdraw" was working with the LA parks department when they sent us some files created in powerdraw. I was using Architrion at the time on a IIci with a Radius TPD (my own hardware) and was blo...

Re: PowerCadd 10

On the plus side, I learned a new word (whingeing). As an American, I was familiar with “whining”, but not “whingeing”. Another benefit of the global community. I’m not whingeing or whining, just noticing. :)
