Re: PowerCadd 10

Bear in mind that PowerCADD 10 is a new program. As a work in progress, I would guess it’s about 10-15% done. It’s also a new design. Certainly the interface and flow of events with multiple windows on screen is different and not at all like the design and behaviors that we’ve loved and used for the...

Re: PowerCadd 10

PowerCADD 10 beta is running just fine here.

It is a work in process. Just be patient.

Re: New PowerCADD screenshot!

Please understand that is it is basic for any software development and beta testing that there is no public discussion. I know this is frustrating from where you sit, not to be provided with progress updates, but that is just the world we live in. I can just assure you that plenty of work is going o...

Re: New PowerCADD screenshot!

Ned,

There is a new PC10 version in development and beta testing. When it’s ready to be released it will all be announced.

Re: New PowerCADD screenshot!

PowerCADD and WildTools are running just fine and are completely bug free. It’s incredible software and I have about 430 tools in WildTools. There is nothing like it anywhere in the world. I’ve run out of ideas for how to improve it.

I don’t understand the complaining.

Re: WildTools Developments

I have just uploaded a new copy of WildTools 10.6. In PowerCADD, select WildTools Updates from the Help menu. This will take you to a web page for WildTools 10.6. Click on Download WildTools Development Version link. Recent changes: WildTools — Rotate Points Tool Now working. WildTools 3D and Perspe...

Re: New PowerCADD screenshot!

This is a major undertaking, and we should all be glad to know that work is being done.

It takes less effort for all of you to exercise patience than it does to modernize and update PowerCADD!

Re: Is This How It's Going To Be ?

What is the point of posting stuff trashing progress in PowerCADD? Particularly by someone who has moved on to another program but feels the need to lash out and put up stuff like this. I suggested to moderator Matt Arnold that he delete or at least lock this thread, which he's now done. There is pl...

Re: New PowerCADD screenshot!

May I also mention that the most recent update includes a fix to a problem that Mark Rhodes -- damn his hide! -- has had with the Fillet tools in WildTools 3D and PerspectiveTools. These tools operate only on vector objects but because Mark does most of his Patent Illustration drawings are drawing o...

Re: New PowerCADD screenshot!

Best approach is to see the documentation for PowerCADD and WildTools at

http://www.seqair.com/WildTools/Documentation/Docs.html

This includes reworked documentation and tutorial for PowerCADD which has navigation buttons, table of contents, index, lots of graphics examples, etc.
