Re: Reorganize Layer List Items
It seems to be working OK here. Just click and hold on the layer in the list, wait a moment, and then drag to the right location.

Re: PowerCadd 10
Hi Keith,
It was in relation to Wild Tools as Alfred Scott has said he won't be developing these, so Todd had asked for an indication of any priorities for tools additional to the Powercadd core toolset.

Re: PowerCadd 10
There is a Move Points tool in the main PowerCADD palette, though the Wild Tools version has more options.
It is the furthest right of the Paint Bucket tool.
I still by force of habit try to find the Move Points... command in the Tool menu, but it disappeared from there several years ago!

Re: PowerCadd 10
Todd asked for a note of which Wild Tools we would like integrated into the new PowerCADD. Based on responses from our team of 10+ PCadd users the priorities are attached. The Trim Tool is the most crucial one for productivity. Looking forward to testing the Beta! Jonathan WildToolsPriorities v4.jpg

Re: Not quite OT- New Printer
We bought an Epson SureColor SC-T5100N Large Format Printer which has been very good and fast to print.

Re: UPDATED DWG translator
ODA File Converter is easy to use and saves DWGs etc to a format PCadd can open.
PC 9.1.11 includes ODA in the Utilities folder.
We usually select R12 Binary DXF for the output.

Re: Register Your Interest in a Forward Move
We have 12 users and are very keen to see Powercadd continue. It is an excellent and unique piece of key software.

Re: Opening old files
Double clicking old files just opens them as a text file, but I have been able to open files from 1995 by dragging and dropping them onto the PC9 application in the Dock, and that seems to work fine.

Alfred -
The Topo Point Tool looks a good starting point if X and Y coordinates can be included, so perhaps a combination of the Topo Point Tool and the Dimension Point Tool.
Analyse Topo > Create Report sounds good to me!
