Introduction

Post by jminer » Tue Feb 18, 2020 9:29 pm

Julia Miner here from East Side Studio Architects, Concord MA, greetings to all of you. I am a sole practitioner architect and my practice seems to be growing fast suddenly. I learned PowerCADD in 2005, finally getting CAD literate after years of relying on others. Hand drawing is still my preferred way to think things through, and I also do a lot of fine art and illustration, but PowerCADD has become second nature now. I also have started to use ArchiCad (I will not give up my MAC!) but I am curious about the new PowerCADD release and what its 3D capabilities will be like.

Seriously? Julie Miner from Centerbrook in the '80's? I first started using PowerCADD (actually PowerDraw 2.0 at the time) with my own copy while at Centerbrook in 1989. I didn't know you used PowerCADD.
