I'm hanging on to OS10.14.6 Mohave until this new development happens. So many things not working with Mohave, end of this year will not come soon enough!

I would love to be a part of the Beta test if anyone out there knows how to sign up.

As far as learning a new platform, I assume that anything they do with AutoDesSys will involve a learning curve, but I would rather do that than learn something new from the ground up! :D

I have been using Power cadd since 1988 (Power Draw) and am looking forward to the new version to use it with the new M1 processor. I don't want to learn how to use Autocad or similar software

I would be happy to pay the upgrade cost for the new PowerCADD (and the new WildTools when it becomes available) to be a beta tester for the new version. I have two external OWC 4TB SSDs, one with OS 10.14.6 as the boot system and the other with OS 12.5. My iMac will boot from either. My MacPro late 2019 has Monterey 12.5 installed. I also have Parallels installed on the MacPro late 2019, with Mojave in Parallels on it as well. It works well thanks to Derek who lives in Melbourne, Victoria, 1,250km south of Inverell. I started with PowerDraw 4 in 1992. I’ve never met Derek in person but we have been talking to one another for more than 20 years. I wish Todd, Alfred and David Kropp well as they progress the upgrade.

I presume that there will be a new format for PowerCADD documents and I assume that there will be a converter for .PC9 docs either within PowerCADD 10 or as a standalone converter. I assume the conversion will leave a copy of the old file format as well as it creates the new formatted version presumably ending in .PC10. I also presume there will be no way to convert a .PC10 document back to a .PC9 document.

If you can run both programs, surely you could copy and paste from one to another. And PowerCADD uses PDF for this.

I wouldn't presume or assume anything. We'll see it when we see it. I'm sure Todd has a list of priorities that they are programming. Everyone's wish list is different. All I can hope for is something similar to what we have now that runs on Apple silicon.
