PC 9 upgrade order

I'm finding the sales@engsw address is broken.

I just tried to purchase the PC9 upgrade package on the store, got my email that I would get another email "when it ships"... but it's digital delivery... no idea how long I'll be waiting for a download link but don't have one yet?

Is this a process that usually takes time to execute?

I've checked spam etc. Don't want to be hysterical or anything but I am definitely itching to move to the next step in my migration..

I tried sales first and it bounced. I then tried tech support... and they are probably on holiday, which is fine, I'm just surprised a digital delivery item would require any human interaction at all, so I guess I'm looking for reassurance that this is, in fact, how it goes these days?

Apparently it's just a human managed process, and ordering on a Sunday night on a holiday weekend means I wait!
