Copied and Pasted text with uneditable white background

Does anyone know the reason for Text that is pasted into PowerCadd sometimes including an uneditable white fill? Is there a way to get rid of that garbage? Sometimes I am able to use another program to save a text file, but other times this method is a complete bust. I am pasting into PowerCadd from my broweser/email program, thanks.

You're probably picking up hidden html code when you copy. I don't think there is an easy way to flush that out in PowerCADD but you can in apps that let you Paste and Match Style, such as TextEdit. So you can Paste and Match Style in there then recopy the cleaned text. Not an elegant solution.
