Placed PDF Enhancement - Comments & Forms

Frequently I am given pdf files marked up to show changes that are needed to the drawing. I believe they have been marked up using the Comments or Annotation feature of Acrobat pro.
I am also occasionally given pdf forms that have been populated with information to fill out the form, that needs to be inserted into my drawing.
Currently, when these files are placed into a PowerCADD drawing, the comments and the form population are not included with the placed object. If I want them included I have to print a PDF from the PDF and import that PDF.
It would be faster if PowerCADD did not ignore the comments and form contents when placing a PDF.
