How About a Version That Runs on an iPad?
Could be a down sized version of PowerCadd- PowerSketch?

That’s not a realistic thing to hope for.
PowerCADD follows the movement of the mouse when the mouse button is not pressed, and in WildTools the time involved from mouse-down and mouse-up is important for the behavior you are used to.
You can of course view a pdf of the drawing on an iPad.
I’m currently writing this on my iPad at home.
