A visual cue in the Attributes window that distinguishes the Dash pattern popup from the arrowhead popup would be nice. Even if it said "Dashes" and "Arrowheads"

+1 for this, The dashed line pull down could have a dashed line as a default image, and the arrow pull down menu could have a line with an arrow on one (or both) ends

Well, the popup should display the line weight, dash, arrow that is currently active. It would be confusing if the arrowhead was displayed when the style setting was set to none. I would be fine with a small text label for the popups.

I wonder if the delay before the Tool Tips show could be reduced in these windows? I'm usually well and truly done before they show which makes them ineffective.
Would that work for you, Matt?

Anything that saves me time. Please!
Anything that saves me clicks, saves me time.
I think I am gonna write a song
Save me clicks
Save me time
Make it fast
I won't whine
anymore
Baby when you save me the aggravation
of digging through the menus
I'm not here to do excavation
I'm done with dealing
With excessive navigation
I just wanna draw
(ALL) we just wanna draw (oh baby, draw!)
Oh baby please (Oh baby)
PLEASE
Save me time.
I'll give you silver
I'll give you gold
Precious metals
Are bought and sold
But baby, you know
there's no market I can go
To buy more time.
So baby Save me clicks
Save me time
I don't wanna have so say
OK every single time
I don't wanna have to choose
what I already chose
Ten million times.
Chorus:
So baby please (oh baby)
Save
(save me baby)
Save me time.

Derek,
The delay before tool tips appear is set by the MacOS and you usually have to pause the mouse over the item to see it.
For something like this, I try to use an always-visible indication that makes the identity clear.
