Stretchy Ruler

Yesterday I was working with some old blueprints that had been scanned from archives. The details showed scales but on every sheet there were multiple details with different scales. I had imported the details into Powercadd and stretched them to get them close to a scale I could use. What would have been helpful would have been a ruler that I could stretch more accurately to a known dimension and then use it by moving it around the detail to determine the other dimensions that I needed.

It doesn't seem like that would be a hard thing to create for yourself. You could draw one.
