so... is the right sidebar meant to mimic Autocad, in that there are separate properties / xref / block tabs, with viable features for the latter two?

Wait what? Why are you building PowerCADD for the Intel and not Apple Silicon chips? By the time you’re done, we’ll all be right back in the tough position we started in.
Hopefully this means that the Intel code is easily ported to Apple Silicon code.

By moving to latest Apple development environments, we will be automatically up to date with the latest chips.
