Quick question,

Will PowerCadd 10 continue with the green security dongle (in a USB C form)?

Regards

Robert
The USB dongle for non-US licenses has not been required with PC9. What version are you running?

Any updates on when PowerCadd 10 is planning to be released would be extremely helpful.

I’m a UK licensed user and originally was tied to using the dongle but haven’t had to use one since (from memory) updating to PC9.
OMG! For all the times using PowerCadd I always thought a dongle had to be used, I just left it in every time I upgraded. Today is a new day, thank you! #freethedongle

Bah humbug, the Grinch stole the PC 10 beta. They probably meant mid December 2024.

This forum could double as a support group for people who are unable or unwilling to accept change. :D

Just a quick note to reassure the PowerCADD community that we are committed to the modern PowerCADD. We have encountered a number of technical challenges and unexpected medical issues with our team that have us far behind our goals. At this point, we hope to release a public beta around the middle of December.  We are looking forward to sharing the new PowerCADD with you once we feel it will meet your expectations
While everyone's health is priority one, I do hope this news of a public beta comes true, that would be the best Christmas present EVER! I've upgraded all my equipment so that as soon as PC is working I can upgrade the the latest OS and join the modern age!

Anyway, a "private" beta version has been released for many months, releasing a "public" beta is just a matter of will.
