I subscribed long ago and yesterday I received a mail, beta expected in a week or so. In the form provided They asked for a PC serial but I am not an actual PC user, so I hope I will be elected anyway to the beta testing. Crossed fingers.

Are you joking!? Up until now I thought you were just the noisiest PowerCADD user here but it turns out you've been trolling all this time. I sincerely hope you are not included as a beta tester.

And, by the way, you may be interested to know each release of the beta times out after a couple of months and becomes unusable.

Have a great day.

A couple of months is enough to contribute to a piece of software providing feedback

I am interested in beta testing a great software I know from my practicing days as an architect; I know beta releases are limited, I am interested in providing a feedback (I am a cad user and a developer, this is a sample of one of my cad programs http://www.arcobaleno2001.it/brunelleschi.htm); I am interested in purchasing a great software if running in my systems/oses.

Is this "trolling"? Well, I am not interested in your not so interesting comments, not at all.

Joseph,

At 9:10 UTC you posted the following on the forum and I replied to it. Editing your post after others have replied is EXTREMELY concerning.

"I subscribed long ago and yesterday I received a mail, beta expected in a week or so. In the form provided They asked for a PC serial but I am not an actual PC user, so I hope I will be elected anyway to the beta testing. Crossed fingers."

I request you curb your behaviour.

The post you replied is up there, exactly as posted and never edited, Wed Jan 31, 2024 10:10 am (I guess you can check from admin console).
I edited a post "after" your replay (I changed my mind about the words I used).
My opinion is there.
Your behaviour should be more polite, IMHO, you are admin here and we are "guests".

Joseph,

Please stop. You and I (as an admin of this forum) know you deleted your message and it is only there again now because I relisted it.

Please stop your rhetoric. You have confessed you are not a user of PowerCADD. All the messages you have posted over the last year or so have been trolling. You have regularly used words like: " how can you treat your customers this way" when it turns out you are not one.

Everyone's views and opinions are welcome here but it is my belief they should be truthful. Guests and hosts alike.

Derek

PowerCadd user for over 30 years. I received an Email yesterday from PowerCadd asking if I would like to use the beta. I replied and filled out a form including my serial number and will hopefully be testing soon. I will post again when I receive it.
