The pdf documentation manuals that are available from the help menu are very useful, but they would be infinitely better with hyperlinks. The PowerCADD one is very difficult to use because the table of contents and index have been removed! Could these at least be returned to the document so that I can find things? Or maybe there is somewhere I can download the full version including TOC and index and replace it myself? (The WildTools manual fortunately still has both.)

No, just follow the links to the WildTools documentation, and there you will find the reworked PowerCADD Tutorial and Documentation as well. These have table of contents, navigation buttons and index.
