Shipping:
Your order will normally be shipped within 24 hours after the receipt of your order. We ship by Federal Express, 3-day except to Hawaii and Puerto Rico which is 2-day delivery. If you would prefer a faster shipping method (Next Day Morning, Next Day Afternoon or 2-Day), please use the comment box for this information. There are additional charges for faster shipping.
All off-shore deliveries (i.e., Hawaii and Puerto Rico) will be charged $10 in addition to the standard shipping charges.
If your shipment arrives damaged. You must note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record in accordance with the carrier’s policy, save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify Engineered Software immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Engineered Software of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival, the regular return policy will override any claim of damage. In the case of verified damaged shipments, Engineered Software will credit or refund to you the costs of shipping.
Engineered Software is required by law to collect applicable sales tax on all ES orders shipping to North Carolina.
Note: Engineered Software cannot ship to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses.
Returns:
Opened software is not returnable. Returns will be accepted for unopened software only. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) Number. RA number must appear on the shipping label. PLEASE DO NOT MARK ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX.
• Unopened Product: If the factory seal is intact, you may return an unopened product for exchange or refund within 14 days of your invoice date, subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
All items must be returned with original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, etc. PLEASE NOTE: When returning product it is highly suggested to use a trackable shipping method.
Defective Software. Defective software may be returned within 30 days of invoice date only for exchange of the same title. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned software are the responsibility of the customer.
