How to change the size of the cells when using the Table Tool

Q: Is there a way to change the size of the cells when using the Table Tool?

A: Yes! Here’s how:

  1. Select only the table that is to be changed.
  2. Select the Table Tool.
  3. Choose Reshape, which is found under the Edit Menu.
  4. Two things will happen:
  • The selection handles on the table will become larger.
  • The cursor will change to an expand cursor when moved into the table.

5. Move the expand cursor over the line in the cell that is to be changed pick it with the mouse and drag it to the desired size.

To set the text attributes for the PowerCADD 2000 Table tool.

  1. Draw a table.
  2. Select the Text tool from the PowerCADD tool palette by double-clicking on it.
  3. Select the text attributes from the text menu.
  4. Click in the drawing, and then select the text tool from the PowerCADD 2000 tool palette.
  5. Choose table cell and enter text.
