I have been comfortably using my PC9 while waiting for PC10. I am using it on an older MacBook Pro running version 10.14.6 OS.
This morning I kept getting "disk almost full" warnings and my dropbox refused to work until l offload some memory, which I did.
The problem is that now I have lost a lot of functionality of my PC9. For example:
1. I lost all my commands, and every time I reset them, when I close the app I lose them when I reopen.
2. several of my keys won't work as function keys. delete, nudge, etc.
Very strange.
I just did a reinstall to no avail.
Any thoughts?

Hi Lester:
Did you try a fresh install from the Engsw website? Here's the link:

Hope this helps - Frank

Re: Major keyboard functionality issue just happened
Bella,
Thanks. I had previously tried this, but at one point it asks for the install codes, which of course I didn't have. I even tried to buy them for $30 apiece from the store but they wouldn't load without a purchase of something.
Todd gave me a suggestion that also required the install codes, so that didn't work either.
So out of desperation I just bought and uploaded a brand new PC9, which works (yay), but for some reason I couldn't buy a new wild tools to go along with it (is that fallout from the PC10 development?). So now I am just trying get either a new wild tools uploaded or get my existing wild tools to be recognized by my new PC9 while beta testing PC10 (which still seems like a ways from real functionality, IMO).
Thanks for the advice.
